Dear Gurus,

I would like to find out if the size of the 474sqft one bedroom unit in J gateway takes into consideration the balcony and aircon ledge coz I noticed from the floorplan that those two areas are equivalent to the size of one entire bedroom?

I would like to share with you that J Gateway is fully sold. Unless you are keen on the sub sale from the current owner. If not, do give me a chance to share with you more about asset planning.
