Dear sir/madam,
Technically speaking, Sunhaven is in a slightly better location for rental but in my humble opinion, both are almost as good as each other. InFlora may appeal more to tenants being a newer project. Since there is still sometime to go in terms of TOP of InFlora, it will still be quite early to start the rental analysis.
