Dear gurus, I have signed a one year contract, rented a room when the owner assured us of the privacy. However, during the fourth month, the owner brought his parents, niece and nephew to stay in with them for around one month. Not sure if they will be leaving anytime soon. I have decided to leave the place. Can I check how do I get back the full security deposit from the owner, given that he backed out on his words in terms of privacy?
