Dear gurus , i have 3 terrace houses , i want to let go of 1 terrace house , the rental is quite hard to find tenants , would it be wise if i sell it and get 2 or 3 condos to rent out since the rental for condo is higher or will i lose out on the capital appreciation for my landed ?
