Dear gurus, I had bought a resale HDB without grant in Nov 2012 and had fully paid for it. Do I still need to wait 4+ years of MOP before purchasing a private condo?

Afternoon Eric,

From Aug 2010, any purchase of HDB unit, BTO or resale, with or without grant, using loan or fully paid, have to fulfill 5 years MOP. Hence you are might have to wait it out till 2017 unless you are into commerical properties.
