Dear Gurus, I am interested in a new unit at the new condo launch at Bedok interchange. I would like to have the unblocked view facing the south but only thing is that it is facing the MRT track. Would it be a more worthwhile investment to have a good view but noisy environment or a quieter unit but facing another block of units?

Morning,

Are you looking at 1 bedroom or 1 + study? If so, then you do not have much choices. These units are all facing south.
Facing MRT track can be something that the owner or the upcoming buyer need to accept and adopt. It may be hard to bear with, if it's too near the track.
However, you are looking at bigger units, facing south, you can choose those facing the pool. But you will miss out the clear unblock view, facing the East Coast.
It really boils down to what lifestyle you are looking at and how far you are willing to go, for certain desire in life.
