Dear Gurus, for a unit at Suites@Topaz, 474 sf (larger type) 1BR, please advise what is the expected rental and sales price for fully-furnished, non-highway facing quiet unit? Very convenient (only 5 mins from PP MRT and eateries)

Good morning!

Based on recent rental transactions, your unit should be able to attain around $2000 to $2300.

If you are interested to find out what's the potential price, probably you can pass me more information so I can check with the bank on its indicatives (more accurate as there are no recent transactions).

The indicative rental is around $2200-$2500. The indicative selling price will be around $1500-$1600psf. However, will need more information from you so that I can get an indicative from a banker.
