Dear Guru, we feel that we had cheating by agent for buying a resale unit. We had issue a $1K deposit to lock the unit, but the agent unwilling and keep draging to give us a copy of document that we signed. Why ? any hiding issue or the agent want to amend the document? How long the Veluetion can come out ? Can we cancel the unit and get back the Cheque ? Please advice who can we find for verify whether the agent doing the correct way or the others way round.

Morning,

Your salesperson should be able to communicate with the seller's salesperson to obtain the OTP that you have signed, along with the accpetance. You require that to obtain the loan from Bank, if you are taking bank loan.
