Dear Guru,
I would appreciate if you could answer my doubts. I am interested to rent a HDB room. My agent asked me to pay a month deposit through bank funds transfer without signing LOI and sign the tenancy agreement later as the handover is 2 to 3 weeks away. is this a right practice ? Thanks

Hi, the correct practices will be upon signing the LOI, then you hand in the deposit.

    Agent did not ask me to sign the LOI and I withdrew without signing the TA. Can I get back the deposit under such condition.
