Hi Sandy, besides the down payment there is also Stamp Duty taxes that you will need to pay, which is 3% Stamp Duty + applicable Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (5% if the purchase property is your first or 10% if the purchase property is your second or subsequent property. On top of this, there will be other fees like lawyer fees etc.

I have 2 exclusive units at Waterview Condo. It is 2 bus stop away from Tampines mrt with 3 big shopping mall. It is a 2 bedroom and both units are pool view. Asking is 900k (neg) and TOP is the third quarter of this year. Cheers!
