Dear Guru,

I am a PR and If my gross salary is around 8K per month, with 80K cash (combine with CPF), my age is 46 years (married with 2 children). What is the max price of condo (prefer new condo and loan tenure is 20 to 30 years) that I can buy?

Depending on your credit report and the current liabilities you have at hand, the maximum amount of loan you can get will varies.
