Dear Guru, do you think it would be difficult to sell my EA now or even in 2 -3 years time for a good price if I intend to commit to a new EC. What is the current value of EA in Punggol? Should I sell now since the COV is dropping and presumably there will be even more sellers in 2-3years time when the TOP for new flats/ECs start to reach.

Hi Mr Kwok,

No risk equates to no gain. Should you sell your EA now while you are awaiting for your EC to TOP, where are you going to house your family? Work out the sums and make a decision based on that. I am sure it will be clearer that way should all finances are worked out and in your favour existingly, as we cannot foresee where prices will head towards.
