Renting Property

Dear Experts,

I have a unit available for rent in Telok Kurau Lorong L in Aug 2011, after my present tenant vacates. It is a 2 Bdr unit, 870 sq ft, with swimming pool, gym, guardhouse etc. The development is 2 years old. How much roughly should I be asking? Thanks

hi, 2 bedder around the Telok Kurau average calling $3-$3.5K depending on furnishings,etc.

Hi,

At present, the owners in the area are asking between $3.3K to $3.5K for a 2 bedroom unit. It will also be depends on the demand and rental prices by the time it is ready to market out.

Hi DeepBlue,

How much is your present tenants payingfor rental each month and do you think you are satisfied with the current yield you are gettjng? I'll always advise my clients to determine what the investment objective is before deciding on a rental price with some reference to existing market calling price.

Do let me know if I can assist you in renting your place as I have been working my grounds in the area for sometime and therefore familiar with this place.
