Dear Experts,

I am a PR holder. I would like to buy a private apartment with at least 2 bedroom. I have 75K in Ordinary Account and 25K in Special Account. My max budget is up to 500K. Is there any ready to move in apartment around Bukit Panjang LRTs (any LRTs)? If so, could you please help me to understand how much I can withdraw from CPF to pay an advance payment? What is the procedure?
