I am staying in an EC now, I wish to sell it at the 5th year. May I ask
1)To be exact when does the 5 years MOP date starts?
- from the TOP date?
-Is there a document which determine the start date of the MOP
2) Assuming the 5 years MOP is on 7-6-2022 when can we start to market our EC?
As lead time is need to find a buyer, what kind of marketing time frame will be parallel to the MOP? Eg start marketing 3 months before MOP
Or does it means that we can only market our EC after the MOP?
