Dear all, pls help.
My parents and I own a hdb flat and it's fully paid. I am thinking of buying a condo with my hubby. If I take out my name, and pay cash for the amount of CPF I contributed to the hdb, is there any legal documents that I can let my parents sign so they cannot sell the hdb flat on their own.

Afternoon Louise.

Upon withdarwal of your name from the ownership, your parents are considered as the owners of the HDB unit. I don't think your have any legal rights over it, where they were to rent it out or sell it away. Your approval and consent is not required.
