Here is our case: we are the main tenant and have a roomate that we want to evict. He moves in 3 weeks ago and making noise until 3/4 am ...we discover it once he moved in. We signed a contract but forgot to mention the termination clause inside. In our case, the owner knows that we are sharing with ppl in our condo unit. What can we do?
