Dear agents, there are so many empty apartments on the market at the moment with new projects being released all the time. The rental market should be dropping massively by now, is it just hopes and dreams keeping it up?

Hi, no doubts that it is a tenant market currently.
Vacant unit takes longer time to find a tenant. Fortunately the interest rates are still low. Apparently there is a number of motivated landlord but not till desperation yet.

Every unit can be rented out depends if the landlord have a set of requirements in profile of tenant as well as the price expectations.
