Dear agents, seeking advice.
I am the owner of the current flat im staying.
Background of this ownership:
1. My parents bought from open resale market back then without any grant with a HLE.
2. In the midst of repayment, my parents cant afford the installment, and transfer of ownership was done, by adding my name to continue financing the flat whereby i re-apply HLE for the balance.
3. Now I am getting married, and would like to buy a resale flat and stay with my parents, henceforth, i am selling this unit.
My query is, the resale flat that i am going to buy next, am i still consider first timer applicant for housing grants?
