Dear Agents.

I'm new here to this website. Wish to post an ad here but seems that only a registered agent with CEA can do that.

Anyway, I be moving to the East to stay with my children. So, I'm planning to rent out my existing 5-room HDB flat (Corporation Spring).

I have just renovated the unit and its available 1/8/2012 onwards.
Any specialized rental agents, pls advice me. Thank you.

Hi BK,

What you need is someone who is able to convince prospective tenants to pay your asking price as most salesperson here will be able to show your place and wait for offer. The difference is in the push for that right offer.
