I'm liquid, and looking for opportunities. Specifically looking to invest in undervalued properties. Downpayment - anything from $200k to $500k.
Given everything in broad market looks relatively frothy, and inflated. All hitting new peaks. What pockets of value do you have left?
Do you know of any distressed sellers in your portfolio? Anyone selling below market value, and needs a buyer desperately perhaps? Do you see any good buys, but no one with ready money to make good use of it?
Do you have any interesting proposals?
