I have a small hdb common room to rent out in Apr11.Located at Tanjong Pagar. Pinnacle @ duxton. low floor It is fully furnish, with furniture and aircon & wifi. The tenant will has it own personal toilet as no one else will be using it. I will be providing TV if the tenant willing to pay a higher price. My neighbour recently rent out a room at 1.3K with no internet & TV. She has got a gd deal. How long will the sourcing take ? What's the market rate ? Your rental service is needed urgently.
