Dear Agents, i am buyer looking 3 room unit at two condos. 1. the rivervale 2. rivervale crest both near sengkang. My budget 800k to 850k. Please advise if you have any units. serious buyer. At the last, any chances to down the price this year or this is right time?your genuine reply most welcome.
