I’m a PR looking for well-renovated HDB flat with 3 bed rooms, high floor (5th above), windy and bright in location along East West Line(preferred near to NUS), Bukit Panjang and Bukit Gombak. Walking distance/ near to MRT station is preferred. My budget for valuation is SGD300k - 330k and below. Prefer COV less than SGD10k.

I have limited CPF savings (<5k) in my account. If I have cash about SGD30k for my downpayment+COV+ stamp duty+ miscellaneous fees and take 90% loan, would it meet my above preference? If not, I 'm open for any location and min bedroom of 2.

I appreciate any information and opinion from you.
