Currently staying with family in a District 01 condo (Marina Bay area), but am looking to help my parents rent out one of our bedrooms in the same property. Do I necessarily have to go through an agent for this transaction? Would I be flouting any private property laws? How should I go about the process of renting out our extra bedroom? Would appreciate any help and response. Thank you in advance!

Hi, nope you don’t need to engage any agent if you are able to find tenant all by yourself. A common room at district 1 will be around $2000 rental thereabout. I am marketing a few units at The Sail currently and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
