Currently own a condominium, staying in HDB flat. Can I ballot for BTO flat?

Hi,
1) All SC family is entitled to BTO/SBF.
2) However, when you own private residences, you have to wait for 30 months upon disposal of it before you are eligible for BTO/SBF.
3) You also have to fulfill the HDB 5yrs MOP on your current HDB flat.
4) Once you fulfilled points (1), (2) & (3). And you are able to fulfill any of the eligibility schemes listed by the HDB, you can apply for your BTO/SBF.

5) Note that you also have to work out the finance before applying.

you need to dispose off your condo first and observe 30 months waiting period before you can apply for new BTO or EC from HDB (I assume you are eligible to apply).
Do bear in mind that you will have to dispose off your HDB (if you are owning it now) as well.
