Hi Michael,

Ask yourself, if the market is going to crash tomorrow, are you able to hold onto the property till the market recover?

If yes, anytime is a good time.

Hi Michael,

What Zhiwei has mentioned is not purely our view as a salesperson. If you have read the newspaper on Friday, 6 July 2012, under The Straits Times Money section front page, it has a similar report to what Zhiwei has mentioned.

Dear Michael
Please allow me to ask some clarifying questions: -

Do you urgently need a house to stay? If you urgently need (a roof over your head for your family), then sourcing for a place which best match your criteria - would this be your desire - now or later? or would you prefer to rent? or to bunk-in at someone's place (family/relative/friends)?

If you are seeking to invest your money (to beat inflation, to gain higher returns or to park in a secure asset), would buying property then best meet your goals? In what time frame is satisfactory? Vs what other alternative options in the market at the moment of entry (risk & returns)?

If you need to consult me or to network with similar investors, please feel free to contact me.

Best Rgds
