Currently I am staying in a private condo at jurong .
As my kid is going to primary school at cck next year so I tot of selling away my unit .
Case 1: buy parc rivera at west coast as the price is attractive
Problem for case 1 :
Buy Liao but no place to stay , don't wish to spent money on rental and parent place don't have place for us .
Question : any better option?
Case 2 : buy a resale at cck
Problem : unit at cck very old , been to mi casa and other condo.. condition not attractive.
Case 3 : buy hdb , but don't like the idea to stuck there for 5 year and couldn't buy if there a good development pop out.
Case 4: stay put at current unit ( mayfair) and wait for better development then sell
Do u have other better options??
