Currently i also owned a property in Malaysia. If i were to sell my current 4 room HDB flat and upgrade to a bigger HDB flat like jumbo or mansionette, do i have to dispose my Malaysia property? Can i upgrade to a bigger HDB unit without selling off my property?

Afternoon Yan,

It's not possible for SC or PR to hold 2 HDB properties at the same time. To upgrade from your current unit to bigger HDB unit, you will be required to have your name removed from your current existing private property within 6 months of key collection.
