Asking price is in the range of $1.5M to $1.58M. Transacted price would be around $1.4M to $1.45M. Rental is approx $4.5K/month.

I have a client who coming back in end Nov for a 1-year assignment and Costa Rhu will be one of his choices as he had stayed there previously.
