These e business start up costs which I would like to think that all aspiring realtors should put in before starting their business. There is no sure profitable business, therefore whatever amount you have paid to obtain your license to practise, I believe it would spur you on even more to earn this amount back. If I were to reimburse you the above amount and expect you to clear the exams on the first attempt as well as to clock in sales commission of $10k every month otherwise come in to compensate the full amount after 4 months should you fail to hit the sales target, would you like to take on this challenge?
