Dear Ms Iris, If you required the loan facility from the bank to buy the private property, I suggest you don't proceed because you will lose all your deposit. However, you may proceed if don't required a bank loan. If your AIP is not approved, maybe you want to speak to the banker what is the reason behind it, and then see if you can do anything to solve the problem. Hope that I have answered your question.
