Can we still cancel offer to purchase from buyer even though already accepted the offer and already bank in the 1% cheque? However, the option to purchase is not yet signed as the MOP date is not yet reached. Now we got another offer to purchase for higher price from another buyer? Can we return the 1% bank in amount to the previous buyer and accept this new one instead?
