Can we still cancel an "offer to purchase" after accepting the 1% option fee cheque, and already bank in the cheque? However, we have not issued the "Option to purchase" yet because our house is still not yet MOP. Now we have another buyer who offer better price, can we still accept this offer and reject the other (returning the 1% option fee back)? Are we legally binded by the "offer to purchase"?
