Morning patrick,

Yes definitely, you may. But you have to take note you might need to suffer Seller's stamp duty (SSD). Kindly let me know when is the exact purchase date of your condo so I can advise further.

Looking forward to hear from you soon!

Warmest Regards,

Morning Patrick,

Condo are considered as private property hence there's no requirement of MOP. However, you will be liable for Seller's Stamp duty of 12% or 2/3 of normal buyer's stamp duty, depending on when is the completion date of your purchase.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.
