No, PropertyGuru only allow listings from licensed realtors with paid subscription to put up advertisements. In fact for the last 3 months, I have spent almost $50,000 on my advertising account and credits and these are costs spent before confirming any sale or rental done. There is no guaranteed income in marketing a property.

Hi,
1) So far, propertyguru only allowed a licenced property agent to post housing advertisement after continue their annual subscription.
2) An individual may pay $650~$850+ to attend real estate course, aka, RES course.
3) Pay another $512.30 (include GST) to sit for 2 papers. $283.40 to resit a single paper if applicable.
4) The CEA only allowed the top 20% of the candidates to pass each paper.
5) Pay another $280 annual registration fee + $60 (application fee) to get a practice licence from CEA. This fee of $340 need to be paid annually.
6) Pay another $5,872.92 (include GST) for an annual package.
7) Adding the above, you have to prepare to pay at least $7,375.22 to post an advertisement.
8) So, if the agent you engaged able to post your house on propertyguru, you already save $7k+ to start with.
