Can the agent charge us for an item that was disposed off by the tenant before us?
We lost our copy of the inventory list and could not remember if the item was on that list. We asked the agent to confirm if the item was included on our inventory list but instead showed us the inventory list of the tenant before us. Can he charge us even if he hasn't walked us through our inventory list?
