Can the 4% down payment fee be directly issued to seller when exercise the option to purchase of resale condo? Is there any risk for buyer doing so?

Morning Mr. Zhang,

Why would you give 4% downpayment to your seller? You should be aware that the only cash transaction between seller and buyer is 1% Option Fee.
