can someone who is declare a bankrupt sell the hdb property and still get the profit from the selling of the house? will the bank have any rights to claim the funds from the seller? thank you

Afternoon, Assuming that your current unit have being purchased under single scheme, all the proceed incurred from the sales will be handled by your OA. After clearing all your creditors, you will be eligible for the balance of the sales proceed. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
