Hi Mr Sim,

I'd say that's a give and take over here. If you want to buy a development due to it's good location (near to MRT), that would be a concern you have to be prepared for, since that's why you paid a premium!

The best you can do it to find a unit not directly facing the MRT tracks, or even to get noise-blocking windows which works very well to block out all noises (some people use those just because they face the swimming pool).

Feel free to contact me should you want to find units at J Gateway, or even look for other developments in the vicinity, not so close to the MRT.

    Thanks for your sharing. A good sleep in the day is very important for me. If I have to pay a premium for a condo, the least I can expect is to have peace in the unit.
