single (SC or SPR) are not eligible to buy ECs like Sol Acres that obtained early approval to sell as you dont meet the HDB eligibility scheme to do so.

You are eligible for resale ECs that fulfilled their MOP as of now.

Hi,

1) Buyer has to meet the HDB eligibility scheme for those ECs that received approval to sell before MOP.
2) It is like you are buying an EC from the developer, except the payment is not staggered.
3) A single SC is not eligible to buy EC under the current HDB eligibility scheme.
4) You can only buy Sol Acres after it meets MOP.
4) Sol Acres MOP is in 2023.
