Yes of course, you are welcome to purchase as many private properties as you like, however, you will be subjected to the relevant stamp duties for any additional residential properties that you purchase under your ownership. Hope this helps!

Hi,

Yes its possible, just that you have to pay for the ABSD for the 2nd property purchase. If you are SC, it will be 20% in addition to the purchase price. If SPR, it will be 30%.
