Hi,

From the transactions, its highly unlikely that you will get a property like that. You might want to consider getting a walk up apartment at a place not that near to MRT or reduce your size to maybe a 2 room apartment. Even bedok (greenline) are already looking at $750 p.s.f, and since 3 rooms (older development) are about 1200sqft, that will have to make it close to $900K.
