can ia hdb flat buy a condominium if i already own. Can i use my balance cpf to purchase a condominium and how about the loan.

Hi,

have you meet your HDB minimum occupation period of 5 years? if so and if you are a citizen, yes you can buy another condo and there will be a ABSD of 7%.

May I know what exactly are you trying to achieve? to get a 2nd property for retirement income? Thanks and hope to understand your housing requirements further before value-adding further.
