Can I singapore PR rent a property as main tenant and have my husband and recently born son stayed with me on tourist visa/ SVP? I am relocating back to singapore early next year and wanting to relocate together with my family. Then will apply for their LTVP once i got my payslip. I know HDB doesnt allow non pass holder to be tenants. But not too sure about private condominium. Once my husband get his LTVP he can resign as co tenant? will be much appreciated if anyone can help answering this. thank you!

You have more flexibility on the lease terms if you opt for a private condo, though there are still government guidelines that you have to work around.

But in general, yes - as long as you have a skilled agent on your side representing you as a tenant instead of going direct to the landlord agent - what you are describing is possible.
