When you are not well prepared, don't do it to prevent getting into complications. Why subject yourself to risk when commissions for sales of property is only payable when the property is sold?

With professional networks and channels, right tools and knowledge, as well as salesmanship, how much worse can it get then having a seller without prior knowledge in selling an apartment on his own other than knowing more about the property or project better than the salesperson?

If you have necessary knowledge and tools to move along, then by all means you can do it on your own, and as we say, owners must bear all responsibilities and consequences arising out of norm from the whole transaction.

Hi, yes you could do it without an agent, by just securing a buyer and go direct to any law firm. But there is a lot of marketing and time effort on your part, which you have to decide is it worth all the trouble to do it all by yourself in order to just save that small amount of agent commission.

You can sell the property yourself. For OTP, you can engage a lawyer to draft the OTP.

However, selling off a property is not as easy as it seems, especially in this current Buyer's Market.

Agents are trained in our profession. We attend CPD courses every year to keep ourselves relevant in this industry. And our licenses are not easy to get too.
