Can I sell my property when it is still under construction?

Good evening seller,
there's no restriction in whether will you need to fulfill a minimum occupation period like a HDB owner.
But do take note that there's a high chance you will be subject to seller's stamp duty.
Care to share when do you exercise the sales and purchase agreement?
