This is a very open-end question. Under normal condition, you can definitely sell your condo then buy a resale HDB flat.

In fact, you are given 6 months to sell your condo after taking possession of the resale HDB flat.

If you are single SC, aged 35 and above, married SC or PR to PR to PR, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit, without grant.

As mentioned by my fellow professionals on the eligibility to purchase a resale HDB, managing the financial aspects of the sale and purchase will be tricky. I'd advise you to consult a banker to work out the possible cash flow you need to be aware of should you require the proceeds for your sale of condo to purchase a HDB.
