Yes its possible but teh outreach might be limited as propertyguru only allows licensed agent with subscription to advertise on its portal. Moreover you need to be familiar with the terms in the tenancy agreement and your rights as a landlord to ensure issues that arise during the tenancy period can be settled amicably. For the industry practise of half month commission for half year lease and 1 month commission for 1 year lease, you should consider whether is it worth the savings considering the lack of marketing exposure should you choose to market it yourself together with the time spent doing viewings, preparing documents and handling processes for the your unit rental. Moreover if there are any issues with your tenant later on, you are left to settle it yourself without any professional assistance. You certainly will be able to do so, however, it is highly discouraged in your case, since you are unaware of your rights as a landlord to rent out the apartment on your own, how are you going to implement the tenancy terms and conditions and look after your own interest throughout the tenancy?
