Can I rent a whole unit condo and sub-rent out 1-2 rooms in the condo?

HI!
Yes your could do that however, it have to be subjected to the landlord approval during the letter of intent stage that you mentioned to him that you would like sublet out 1-2 rooms.
I've this unit at A Treasure Trove where my landlord agreed to this request to one of the prospective tenant 1 week ago.
